As a user of ProxySurf, you agree to and will respect our terms of service when you use our service as follows:

1) ProxySurf shall not be used to send software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
2) ProxySurf shall not be used to send mass emails / spam.
3) ProxySurf shall not be used for sending commercial email solicitations or advertisements.
4) ProxySurf shall not be used to send emails containing personally identifiable information about children.
5) ProxySurf shall not be used to obtain unauthorized access to any computer network or system.
6) ProxySurf shall not be used to send emails that specifically advertises firearms or ammunition, tobacco, alcohol, or any other product or service that is illegal.
7) ProxySurf shall not be intentionally used to crash, slow down, or intentionally harm any computer system or network.
8) ProxySurf shall not be used to harass, abuse, defame or threaten anyone or anything.
9) ProxySurf shall not be used to promote participation in multi-level or pyramid marketing initiatives
10) ProxySurf shall not be used in furtherance of criminal activity of any kind.
11) ProxySurf shall not be used to access any website that is blocked for legal reasons by your school, work place or any security system. e.g. ProxySurf shall not be used to access pornographic websites.
11) ProxySurf shall not be accessed using any automated system or using repeated high speed requests. This ends up slowing down the ProxySurf service for all users and puts tremendous pressure on our servers.
12) As long as these conditions are met and agreed to, ProxySurf will take all possible legal measures to ensure the anonymity of each user.
13) We regret the necessity of this policy, but without it, abuse will force the shutdown of the ProxySurf website. Any violation of these conditions will result in the banning of your IP from the ProxySurf proxy.

ProxySurf potential liability for the services is limited - NEITHER ProxySurf NOR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICES, OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICES. ProxySurf WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MATERIAL OF WEB SITES ACCESSED THROUGH THE ProxySurf SERVICE OR FOR INFORMATION CONTAINED IN OR PART OF THE SERVICES. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES OR COUNTRIES, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF ProxySurf, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTENT OR SERVICE PROVIDERS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW OR COUNTRY LAW.
